You may sign in using Google authentication or email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Data will never be lost (always maintain your own backups)

Spark Wallet is not a substitute for professional financial advice. For investment, tax, or other financial decisions, consult a qualified professional.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Wallet and its developers shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or financial losses
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion:

• All your data will be permanently removed from our servers
• This action cannot be undone

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Changes to the App

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will try to provide notice of significant changes but are not obligated to do so.

11. Governing Law
